Attendance Matters! Our whole school target is 97% so please be in every day.

Welcome to Y4SW

Miss Williams, Miss O'Shaughnessy, Mrs Coombes

Year 4 have made an excellent start to the new term! We have all settled into Year 4 nicely and have built new friendships already.

We are so excited to begin our Year 4 journey!

School starts at 8:45 (calm start) with registration at 9:00am. The school day finishes at 3:15pm. In order to keep everyone safe, please stand back from the doors at drop off and pick up times.

Reading

We encourage children to read as much as they can independently, with an adult and as a class. All children should have a home/school reading book which should be brought to school every day.  Please write a comment in the reading record praising how well your child has read.

PE

PE is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for this half term. Children should come to school in their PE kits only on these days.

Homework

Homework will be posted on Class Dojo on a Friday and the children will have a homework book to record it in, to be returned  by the following Friday morning. Homework will be spellings and times tables. There will also be additional homework tasks in some weeks.
